By accessing or using the TOPP Trailer Parking platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

You may use our Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
• Submit false or misleading information
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use the Service to store or park any illegal goods or contraband

All reservations are subject to availability. By completing a reservation, you agree to pay the listed price for the selected spot and duration. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Prices are displayed in USD. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the time of booking. TOPP Trailer Parking reserves the right to modify pricing at any time; changes will not affect existing confirmed reservations.

Cancellation terms are displayed at the time of booking. TOPP Trailer Parking reserves the right to cancel any reservation at its sole discretion and will issue a full refund in such cases. Users who violate lot rules may have their reservations terminated without refund.

Users must comply with all posted lot rules and instructions from lot operators. This includes:

• Parking only in your assigned spot
• Not exceeding the vehicle size listed in your reservation
• Not storing hazardous materials or illegal items
• Keeping the area around your spot clear of debris

Violations may result in towing at the vehicle owner's expense and termination of your account.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TOPP TRAILER PARKING DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE CONDITION, SAFETY, OR SECURITY OF ANY LOT LISTED ON OUR PLATFORM.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOPP TRAILER PARKING SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROPERTY, THEFT, OR DAMAGE TO YOUR VEHICLE OR EQUIPMENT ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TOPP Trailer Parking, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which TOPP Trailer Parking operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
